AECOM in Hong Kong, China and Asia

We are involved in some of the most iconic and prestigious projects within the region, which makes for both a challenging and exciting experience.

In Hong Kong, China and Asia, we work across a wide spectrum of service areas including infrastructure, building engineering, transportation, architecture and planning, environment, water and program management. Undergraduate sponsorship and internships

AECOM offers various internship and sponsorship opportunities to a select number of students each year. The structure and nature of these opportunities will vary depending upon your specific discipline, but will typically involve working with us over your summer vacation, giving you valuable hands-on experience to supplement your academic studies. These programmes can help to offset your university costs and provide a pathway towards full-time employment once you have graduated.

Training opportunities and training academy

At AECOM, career development is a major part of our work philosophy. We encourage every employee at all levels to build their skills and work towards recognised professional qualifications.

We offer specific graduate training schemes for different disciplines. In most cases, these have been developed with a leading professional institution and will lead to a recognized accreditation. Typically the programmes last for two to three years, during which time you will be supported by an experienced mentor. We believe the graduate training we offer is among the very best in our sector and will give you a strong grounding in your chosen field. But your training does not stop there.
